Getting help

Please describe the problem and include your app version and device model if available. Do not send a child's name, age, photos, or other personal information, passwords, or payment-card details.

Purchases and subscriptions

For an eligible previous purchase, open the General Store through the Grown-Up Check and choose Restore Purchases. Consumable Swap Tokens cannot be restored like permanent purchases.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings. For billing and refund requests, visit Apple's purchase support.
