SlideTracked Privacy Policy

SlideTracked is a sliding-picture puzzle game published by Carter Clan Studios. We designed it to work without accounts, social profiles, chat, location access, camera access, microphone access, or contact access. The free iOS and Android versions include Google AdMob advertising as described below.
Information stored on your device
The app stores puzzle progress, settings, solved-game records, move counts, and consumable Swap Token balances locally on the device. This information supports gameplay and is not used for behavioral advertising.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, depending on your device. After an adult passes the in-app parental gate to open the store or restore purchases, the app initializes RevenueCat to retrieve localized product information, validate purchases, restore eligible purchases, and determine access to the Master Pro Pass, individual games, five-game sets, and full volumes. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app-specific identifier, purchase history, subscription status, product identifiers, and technical information needed to operate this purchase service. Its purchase dashboard also provides transaction analytics. We do not send puzzle progress to RevenueCat. Optional SDK diagnostics and automatic advertising-device-identifier collection are disabled. Carter Clan Studios does not receive full payment-card details.
Advertising and studio promotions
The free iOS and Android versions integrate Google AdMob for a banner below the puzzle, optional rewarded ads for 150 additional puzzle moves, and interstitial ads at puzzle completion or a confirmed board reshuffle when available. An active Annual Pass removes all ads and ordinary-slide move limits. Move allowances and granted refills are saved locally with puzzle progress; we do not send your puzzle board to Google. Declining a rewarded ad preserves the saved board, and restarting a puzzle for free remains available. Ad requests are configured for child-directed treatment, users under the age of consent, general-audience content, and non-personalized advertising. The app does not request Apple tracking permission or intentionally access the advertising identifier. These settings do not mean that no data is processed: Google may process IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), app- or device-scoped identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, crash logs, and performance data to serve and measure ads, diagnose issues, and prevent fraud. Google controls retention under its policies. The app uses Google's consent platform to check whether ads may be requested. Adults can open Advertising privacy choices in Options after the parental gate; available choices depend on region and Google's configured messages. First-party studio artwork spotlights may also appear and do not transmit data themselves.
Sharing
If a player deliberately uses the device share button, the operating system opens its standard share sheet. The player chooses whether to share and which service receives the message. Carter Clan Studios does not receive the destination or the shared message through that feature.
Children's privacy
We do not knowingly request or collect a child's name, email address, precise location, contacts, photographs, voice recordings, or messages. The app contains no chat or public posting. Third-party advertising data processing and child-directed request settings are described above; advertising is not a zero-data-collection feature. The store, Restore Purchases, external links, and sharing are protected by an in-app parental gate. The purchase service does not initialize during the introductory puzzle session before an adult opens these purchase controls. Parents should also manage App Store or Google Play parental controls and purchase-approval settings. Purchase-service data processing is described above; this app is not a zero-data-collection service.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child supplied personal information to Carter Clan Studios, please contact us using the method below. We will investigate and delete information under our control when required.
Data retention and choices
Local gameplay information remains on the device until the app data is cleared or the app is removed, subject to device backup behavior. Store purchase records are retained by Apple or Google under their respective policies. RevenueCat retains purchase-service records according to its contractual and legal obligations. Users may manage subscriptions in their Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings and may use Restore Purchases inside SlideTracked.
Security and international processing
Purchase-service communications use encrypted HTTPS connections. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may process purchase information in countries other than the player's country, subject to their privacy terms and applicable safeguards.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
